Having a career spanning over 30 years, she spent over 15 years as General Management Information Systems for the Fiji Sugar Corporation and is also an accredited insurance advisor.
Rajneesh’s academic achievements include the following:

- Bachelor of Science majoring in Computers and Information systems
- Certificate IV in Project Management Practice

An active philanthropist, Rajneesh is an Ambassador for global social enterprise, Island Innovation. Domestically, she has held numerous Board position, including current Vice chairmanship and Trustee of the Golden Age Home Board of Visitors in Lautoka, Fiji.
Darrell is the driving force behind ESDN and is the only ANZIIF qualified insurance advisor in Fiji. His extensive experience spans engineering, governance, management, business improvement, insurance and loss adjusting.
Darrell’s academic achievements include the following:

His 20+ years of expertise is also put to technical writing with numerous books on service delivery and innovation rewritten by Darrell.
